BOOK STUDY IS SELF-PACED.
The Foundations of the Curriculum section is the minimum requirement for an EQ credit.
Additional sections may be completed after the EQ window of Aug 3-19, but may also be started before that.
Outcomes for Full Book Study
1. Apply the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework to purposely plan to use scaffolds, supports, and extensions.
2. Analyze the impact the curriculum has on equitable outcomes.
3. Create a plan to implement the curriculum to increase literacy outcomes for all learners and identify potential roadblocks.
4. Predict how the use of formative assessment will lead to the mastery of standards for all students.
5. Examine and reflect on your current beliefs and how and why they do or do not align with the high leverage instructional practices.
